Parks and Gardens
Our parks, gardens and reserves are a big part of what makes Kimba such a great place to live, work and visit.
Council works throughout the year to keep our public spaces looking their best, from maintaining lawns and gardens to caring for trees, irrigation systems and our much-loved ovals and reserves.
And we couldn’t do it without our community! Local volunteers, individuals and community groups play a huge role in helping care for and improve our town. Their time, enthusiasm and pride in Kimba make a real difference.
Our regular maintenance includes:
- Mowing reserves, footways and ovals
- Garden and landscaping maintenance
- Tree trimming
- Weed control and spraying
- Lawn management
- Water and irrigation maintenance
- Litter collection
It’s a team effort, and together we’re helping keep Kimba clean, green and welcoming for everyone to enjoy.
