Municipal / Town Maintenance Employee

Council is seeking applications from interested persons for the position of Municipal / Town Maintenance Employee on a permanent fulltime basis.

Applicants must be prepared to work in a progressive team environment and undertake a wide range of municipal tasks predominately town based.

We offer a 76 hour fortnight over 4 days per week as well as above award payment, income protection insurance, annual leave, sick leave and superannuation.

Applicants must hold a minimum C class Licence and be prepared to upgrade to a LR Licence.

This is a fulltime permanent position with a commencement salary of $71,748.56 per annum in accordance with Council’s AWU Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and the Local Government Employees Award.
