Road Naming Notice

The District Council of Kimba (the Council) hereby gives notice in accordance with section 219(4) of the Local Government Act 1999 (the Act) that at its meeting held on 14 December 2022, the Council resolved, pursuant to section 219 of the Act, to assign the name ‘Mayfield Court’ to the section of new road extending south off Nugent Road in Kimba.
A plan delineating the new road, a copy of the Council resolution and a copy of the Notice published in the Government Gazette, are available to view electronically at the links below.
